Call Magellan

....or check the website. Alas, even "new" maps may not show it; sometimes they are really 2 years (or more) behind.

Maybe someone here who HAS the latest ones could check and let you know if it is there or not. Mine are old.

Not sure which part of 202 is new, but the current map in my 4350 looks like the Google map of the area

From what I can Google, it looks like the section east of Power and north of Main/ApacheTrl opened in late July of 2008, so it's not that unexpected for the GPS maps not to have caught up with reality yet:

http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2008/07/16/20080716fr...

For what it's worth, the Garmin City Navigator North America version 2009.11, the latest quarterly Garmin map update, doesn't show this completed section either. I know it can be frustrating if that's a highway you travel often, but it's something you'll have to live with until the Magellan maps are updated.

Actually Craig it does show in garmins map version CN North America NT 2009.11 3D/All. At least as I compare what I see visually with googles map.

You actually can check with a 'try before you buy' that Garmin provides at:

Google Maps are also more than 8 months out of date, Check the link I provided and you'll see that 202 is now complete.

Sad--my paper 2009 Wal-Mart Rand McNalley Atlas shows the full 202 as it now exists--yet Google Maps, Garmin's CNNA and apparently Magellan's maps are a year or so out of date.

Whoops

RT, you did the same as I did before I re-edited my first reply. The original poster is a Magellan user, not a Garmin person. So unless Magellan's map updates are identical to Garmin's, it won't help the OP.

I live in Mesa and I have

I live in Mesa and I have the City Navigator NT 2009.11 on my Garmin Nuvi. It doesn't show the 202 section from Main St. to Recker Rd.

I did a quick search and it

I did a quick search and it appears Magellan uses Navteq maps, same as Garmin. Perhaps they will have the same updates, but maybe not.

I have the latest Magellan's map (ver. 31) but the section east of Power Rd & north of US 60 isn't shown on it. There is nothing you can do at this moment except wait for the new update.

My new Nuvi 200 does not

My new Nuvi 200 does not show it with the latest updates either

Not that this may help non-Garmin folks, but the new City Navigator North America 2010 (2010.10) map that became available in April of 2009 now includes the final portion of Mesa's Loop 202. This portion of the highway was missing on all previous Garmin maps.

Good

Good for you (all Garmin GPS owners) guys. Hopefully this will push other manufacturers (including Magellan) to work harder on new map versions.

The whole I 202 road in Mesa

The whole I 202 road in Mesa AZ is shown on the spring 2009 (NAVTEQ 2009 Q1) maps released for [at least some of] Magellan units.
