Nuvi 755 reboots for no apparent reason

After installing the combined RestArea POI file (RestAreasCombined) my new Nuvi 755 reboots once or twice a day. Any ideas?
Also, I set to POI to alert about 5 miles prior to reaching the rest area. While the grey text box is displayed on the screen the whole map area will sometimes, not always, lose color and go to all grey. I think I may have seen this happen even when the poi text is not on the screen. Anyone else seen this behavior?
I unchecked the custom POI for RestAreas and both problems seem to have gone away now for the last 3 days.

Did you upload the very latest 'Restareascombined'? I was just wondering if I should update my poi's with the same rest areas file, if that maybe be causing the problem.

My 755T reboots once in awhile and I think that I have it narrowed down to when a MP3 alert or I am listening to Audible books and JIll is telling me where to go. It seems that it gets lost between pausing the Audible book or MP3 and the route announcement and then play again. Sometimes I loose all sound until I hold the ON\OFF switch hard to the left for about ten seconds.
I have sent a number of messages to Tech Support and have not received any real answers.
Not sure if this helps, but I have had the same issues but I have to say not often.

Reboot Issue...
My 765T was having rebooting problems as well. It seemed to happen when the unit was attempting to announce a navigation command and also a POI at close or the same time. Ever since I loaded firmware v3.20, I haven't had any shutdowns (yet). So far so good.

Followup Reboot
After turning off POI alerts the problem went away and has not happend again (about 6 weeks now). Other problems with map display errors with alerts on and bad screen refreshes has also gotten better since turning off alerts.
