What are my locations exactly? Just wanted to know because when I click on it, it wants me to download a my locations file and I do not know what it is going to be.

That area is to make your own poi file, you can put the info in the blanks and it will spit out a file for you to use on the gpsr, I dont know if it works or not, hadnt tried it but looking at it and opening all the areas it gets pretty extesive, try it, you may like it. I am sure someone has tried it out. they may chime in on the topic.
