How to re-install speech files on 765?

Looks like messed up Jill file on 765 while fixing it with speech_doctor. Now it speaks few names even funier. Is there any way to update these files? Unfortunately, I forgot backup file. Are 760 files same? If that is is the case then I have bakup. I will appreciate your help.

Run WebUpdater with your GPS unit connected to your computer. You will get an option at the end for the voices.

You don't get an option for extras AFTER the firmware update?

No, it goes to check for other updates and then says, no updates available for your unit.
Thanks for the download link.

I just tried the link and downloaded the files. When I duble clicked on the file. It asked me to make sure to connect my GPS device to my PC which it was already. Somehow, it is not detecting any USB device. MY GPS is connected to my PC and I can access its files no problem.

Voice Options Disappeared

Since I updated to v. 3.0 (and now 3.1) for my 765, all the voice and text language updates disappeared using WebUpdater. Not to mention the only way I've been able to use WebUpdater is to do a hard reset and lose all my data. Has anyone else noticed this?

How you do hard reset? I know you will lose all your data but still worth trying. I think I will have to add my Favorites again?

Turn your gps off.On bottom right of gps screen press and hold.Now power the unit up while pressing lower right corner.

You lose a lot of your data when you do a hard reset. Has anyone had any luck with any other way to get their 7x5's to update other than this?

I emailed Garmin, but they wrote me back that I'm going to have to call them, which I'll do when I have some time. If I get anything useful, I'll post it here.
