Flickr, iPhoto '09, Nuvis, and Macs

I'm not aware of any way to do what you want to do with a Nuvi.

There are some cameras that have the capability to bluetooth to a GPS dongle and will automatically add the geotag to the pictures on the camera, and then you'd be able to extract that on the Mac, and upload...

I believe the geotagging has to be done prior to importing the photos to either, but it can be done automatically.

Most (if not all) of these programs can read the GPX file created by the nuvi that contains your track log. They then compare the photo time with the times in the track log to "geotag" the photo with the location where the photo was taken. One thing to keep in mind though, you want to have the time on your camera synced to your GPS before you take the pictures or the auto-tagging won't work.
