POI File Categories

This is just a general question concerning the status of the POI File Categories. With the large number of new poi files being created is there any effort underway to make the file categories more efficient?
There seems to be some basic categories missing, like banks, etc. Unless you know the exact name of a file you will have a difficult time searching the alpha list.
Anything in the works?

There will be some work done

There will be some work done on the categories at some point. We are working on a bigger project at this time.
