Deleting a Text Message

I have a Garmin 680 with Bluetooth-- I sent a confidential text message through the 680 to someone-- now I want to delete it. Anyone know the file name or how to delete text messages in the NUVI?
Text messages are not stored in the phone when sent via the NUVI.

I have no idea, but would be funnier if you told how you were gonna get busted.

Ok, for anyone wanting to delete Text messages in the NUVI-- Hold your finger on the right lower corner of the 680 screen, when you turn it on. Screen comes on asking if you want to clear. This will delete any user input. It says it will also delete custom POIs, but mine did not do that, only the Text!
Not gonna tell what it was, or who I sent it to!

Assuming the message was sent via Bluetooth to your phone the message isn't in the Nuvi, it's in the phone. The GPS just acts as sort of 'agent' when it comes to messaging or making the phonebook available. Once the Bluetooth link closes the info is gone from the GPS. Delete the message in the usual way in the cell but keep in mind it still exists in the phone/computer of the person you sent it to.

I was able to delete it as listed above, and and everyone is "Happy"!
