Is Navteq Slow, or What?

Below is an email that I received from Navteq when I submitted a POI correction. Note the dates of when the form was submitted for the correction and the date they sent the email.

Haha! October 2007 to January 2009! Good thing I didn't need to go to Flynn's Truck Stop in all that time!

You had a better result than me

When I submitted corrections in November 2007 I received an e-mail from NavTeq a couple months later stating their investigation resulted in no changes needing to be made in their database.
I submitted a road that I take daily whose speed limit is 45mph but it is not listed on Navteq's maps and my Nuvi thinks I am off-roading when I am driving on it.
I am not planning on submitting changes again, I don't like wasting my time.

I don't send any more corrections either. I wish there were a way I could delete all of the POI's that are included in my gps. I find them almost totally useless.
