Updating existing POI files

I downloaded a Speed and Camera alert file for Canada and found some areas where speed traps exist that aren't included. I can update the file for myself (I think 
), but if I wanted to share that info, how does one do that?
After adding the line(s) and saving, than what?
Updating Cameras
Many sites have a link to allow you to report new or changed cameras. POI-Factory is one. I would look at the site you retrieved the file from and see if they have a method of reporting changes and corrections.
