I have read about the 7XX series freezing up while using Touguide POI's. Has anyone had the same problem with the 8XX series esp the 850. I used my Nuvi to navigate using the TourGuide POI's for the first time today. It annouced a POI and the a turn. Bingo, froze right there and I turned it off and when I turned it back on it was still frozen in the same spot. I had to turn it off, extract the SD card and then it worked. Really ticked me off as I really want to be able to use the TourGuide feature. I will reload the POI's in the Garmin itself and hope that works. I will also call Garmin support to see if they have any suggestions. Thanks indyjkraft
