Contacts Upload

I have a Motorola Q with bluetooth that is on thge supported device list for the Garmin Nuvi 370. I can make/recieve phone calls through the GPS dial function but the GPS will not upload the contacts from my phone and I continue to get an error when I send a contact to the GPS by bluetooth. Any suggestions for getting contacts into the GPS?

Are you saying that you can't see the phonebook on the phone when it is connected by BT, or are you trying to permanently transfer the phonebook contacts to the gps, as favorites, for use even when the phone is not connected by BT? If the latter, I don't know that that is possible.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

The former. I can't see the phonebook when it's connected by BT.
Is this possible?
Is it possible to transfer when first starting? I haven't seen that work with my iPhone either...
