Where can I download speedcamera and redlight cameras for my Garmin 205W
for free?
If necessary I guess I could cough up the 5 bucks and donate to this site.
But, how good are the POI you download from here?
Shows what the correct speed is for the camera? Beeps if you go over the limit?

Did you preview your post before hitting the button to post it? Does this approach often work for you?
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

I am still new to all of this also but what kind of question is that. You won't find a better site for POI files and help with problems than here. You should really read a little before posting.

I am going to have to agree with rebel. If you notice this is the site you would go to to get free red light and speed camera locations, all you have to do is participate in the site for three weeks.
If you want the camera data
If you want the camera data that badly, I think you should pony up the $20 for the site. That money helps keep the camera updates coming. It isn't exactly a high price, you know.
Free isn't always the best option. I prefer inexpensive, personally.

You won't find anyplace with a more accurate and comprehensive red light/speed enforcement camera file than here at Poi-Factory. It's kind of a 'collective' effort with people all over the country sending updated data then a new updated file is issued weekly. Some poi's contain speed information (the speed cams) that information isn't really necessary for red light cameras.
If you don't want to contribute to the discussion or pay to play (you read the rules when you signed up as a member right?) you could always drive around your town/city locating all the cameras (or just visit city hall) and create your own POI with whatever data you choose to include.

You get much more than the poi files, you get a community that can help you in more ways possible to imagine. The support is truly awesome.
You get what you pay for, if you want accuracy then you found the right place, if it don't mean that much to you google speed camera poi files.
The speed and red light files are the only ones you have to pay for in one way or another, all the others are free.

At first I contributed 5 dollars, thinking thats all I wanted, but I WAS WRONG. The guys here are awesome and believe me, if you need any GPS help this is probably the best GPS (NOT JUST POI) help/site I have been. I deleted all my other GPS bookmarks and left this.

The POI files here are very good and the people on this are the most helpful people you will ever chat with. I would pay more for this type of info

Dude this is the best site I have found for POIs. Just contribute to the site for 3 weeks and you can download the redlioght and speed camera files free. What have you got to lose!!!!

obviously someone suggested this site to you....didn't they tell you that this is the PREMIER site for any & all GPS questions not just speed/radar POIs
