Using Icons, Sounds & Custom POIs

What is the structure of the "My POI" directory & files therein? Is there a way to include custom "icons" & "sounds" for my Custom POIs? I've searched, but haven't found anything using custom icons & approaching "sounds". I think I know how to build a custom POI file, and label catagories, but I would like to set custom icons. I own a Maestro 3250 w/POI Editor 4.1.1.0

With your Maestro you are limited beep, bell, or chime
and the provided icon list for options.
These are on a per category basis, not on a per item basis.
