Submitting to POI files?

So how do I submit locations for POI projects that do not have a forums topic about them? Just wondering because there are 2 new In and Out Burgers near me that are not in the file and there is also a new Costo Gas location not in the file.

I sent a message to the "Costco Gas" maintainer but the In-N-Out guy does not have a "contact" tab on his profile and the file is not listed in his POI section. Anyway the locations for In-N-Out are...

If there is no contact information you should just send the info to Miss Poi, and then make her day and offer to maintain it

Not having contact info does not necessarily mean the maintainer isn't here anymore. To show or not show contact information is a preference setting each user can confiugure, so a lot of people (possibly unknowingly) have their contact info hidden.

Make it mandatory
If you are a maintainer make it enable contact automatically. That would eliminate the "unkowningly" people. For the people "knowingly" ther is no sense being in charge of updating them if you disable the ability to receive updates from people. It is not like you can see their email if they have contact open.
