Calling all 260 owners

I have a 260 and it does have Intersections & Cities. Both are easy to access. My GPSr is in my car right now so I will have to let you know about the rest tomorrow. If there is anything else that you want to know please do not hesitate to ask.

Yes, Cities, Intersections, and you can browse anywhere in the map you want. I think the 260 is the best thing going for anyone who doesn't need the gadgets like Bluetooth, MP3, etc.

I will have to agree with Rick. The 260 is the only GPSr that I have owned and it has worked exceptionally well. I have not run into any of the upgrade probs that the higher end models have. It is very easy to work with.

The Nuvi 260 is a really nice unit, you will not be dissapointed with it. It is really easy to use.

I agree with the previous comments. I have a 260W and I am very pleased with it. All of it's features are easy to access and use.

But the 260 will accept wav audio files for use with POIs and will also do Tourguides.

I also own the C330 & C340 and I am really impressed with the Nuvi 260 for a more than basic unit. Has everything I want.
Paid less than $200 (including tax & shipping) at Amazon 3 weeks ago !

Hey guys, newbie here !
I just need confirmation on new 09 maps functionality in and around Boston downtown. 08 maps guided me couple of times wrong way, maybe 09 maps are better...
I know that there's no signal in the tunnel but I end up on the wrong way being downtown Boston...

I live 5 miles north of Boston and if you are downtown and just out of the tunnel, I have found that my 260 get completly LOST. The tall buildings cause a lot of problems. I have the 09 maps. It was the same with the 08 maps. What seems to work, is to stop the route and start over.
