Unknown string in Speed Camera CSV file.

Looking at the speed camera CSV files, I see something that I don't understand.
In the description field, there is an odd alpha/numeric string. In the example below the string is .024qt. What does this represent?
"Speed Camera 80 KM/H .024qt"

I believe that is there for Miss POI, so she can identify the place where the camera is located.
