NAV-Voices / Consumers beware of this company

Hi,

Well, I've been having nothing but problems with this company. I am just about to contact my credit card company to request a charge back.

I purchased two of their voice packs. I followed their instructions to the letter. Both voice packs do not work in the Garmin Nuvi880. I contacted their tech support on August 30th only to get an automated message stating they would be unavailable until the 19th. Funny how this message suddenly appeared on their web page after I placed my order and began to have problems.

I waited until the 19th. to again request assistance. As of the 22nd., my email have gone unanswered.

Thanks for the warning. I think I would contact the company and ask for a full refund .Way to long,sounds like they are giving you the run around.I hope not,anyway tech support should be there for the support of there voice packs. evil

Don't wait!

At this point, I wouldn't wait. I'd contact the charge card company now as NAV-Voices appears to be unresponsive.

Looks like a fraud

The website shows no licensing information and the voices are imitations. As soon as Fox, LucasFilm, and Viacom find out their characters are being sold with a license the site will be shut down. I would avoid any company that engages in such shady business practices.

any longer. It's a good ideas to call your credit card company and get that charge back.
