My 660 froze up and it wont shut down. I tried pushing the power button but nothing.

By the way....

Hi Steve,

I guess by resetting your unit you lost some informations (POI, Your favorites, etc.)or personnal setting (personnal car icon choice, voice, pictures on memory, etc.) ???
