is there any way to set the POI files for warning 0.3 miles from the camera on the 60CSX regardless of speed ??
Also does the POI count towards the 500 favorites waypoint totals on the 60csx ??
Yep
I have a 76CSx which is basically the same unit as the 60CSx. If you use the Manual mode on POI loader you can set the proximity alert for whatever distance you like. The POI are put onto the card as Custom POI and don't have any effect on the number of "regular" waypoints (in my case mostly geocaches) you can have which are stored internally. I'm surprised the 60CSx only allows 500 though. I thought it was pretty much the same internally as the 76CSx which offers 1,000 waypoints.
