Loading POI on Nuvi 680

Just bought a Nuvi 680 had a 360. When I download the POIs it tells me that they have been loaded and when I look at the GPS there is nothing there? Any thoughts on this?

Go to Where to? > down arrow > Extras > Custom POIs.

Be sure you are TOUCHING the Custom POIs menu bar.
