Calibration problems on C330

 

I having problems with the touch screen of my c330. If I touch on screen it select wrong selection. I have calibrated it many times but it loses it again. It works well right after calibration but when I try next day, same problem.

I will appreciate your help if you have experienced same problem.

My only suggestion is that you contact Garmin Support. If the unit is not "remembering" the setting after shutdown, you may have an internal problem. On that note, have you tried resetting the unit (holding the lower right of the screen while powering on) to see if resetting to factory setting helps?

No, I did not try resetting it yet but I will try it today and post the outcome tomorrow. Thanks for your advice.
