NAVTEQ Traffic Subscription service

Has anyone ever tried contacting technical support at NAVTEQ to get questions answered about their traffic service? I subscribe to it in NY with my Maestro 4250 and have often wondered why NYS DOT is able to notify me on their signs of slow traffic ahead on the New York LIE at exits 51-50 but the NAVTEQ data never warns me of this on my Maestro 4250 which happens at 7am every day during the work week.
