Hi marnoldi,
The "dialable" phone number is used in .gpx files. However, there is another way to accomplish what you're asking...
The way I know to have a "dialable" phone number in a .csv file, is to save that Custom Poi.csv, as a "Favorite" on your unit. Once saved as a Favorite, you should see a "dialable" phone number. If there wasn't any phone number in the Custom Poi, when you save it as a Favorite, you can "edit" the Favorite and "add" a phone number.

Make it easy on yourself -- download GeePeeEx Editor.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.
