So the state and the local governments don't work together?
I'm beginning to think that anything associated with the the name of "government" in any way... is against individual freedom... and will work with all their gusto to help other government bodies to hinder or take away individual freedoms.
The more laws that are passed, the less freedom we all have.
But that's my 2 cents .... and not they are trying to take away pennies.... probably because two many of the 2 cent opinions...
