GPX Converter Program

I found a GPX Converter Program to turn .csv files into .gpx files. This was mentioned on GeoTourGuide.com. Does anyone have expereince with this converter? Please, if you have used it, let readers know your thoughts about it. Thanks.

I found the information for the file by going to:

When you get to this site, on the right hand side of the page is a listing of topics. Select the topic "GPS Utilities and Tools" Then, scroll down until you find the information about the GPXConverter.
I did not install onto my computer. I prefer to be cautious. So, again, I look forward to learning if anyone has tried this program and the experience with it.

This is a very useful program - when used for its intended purpose. It is not a general-purpose csv/gpx convertor; it is meant for handling Speed Alerts and adjusting the alert distances associated with them.
