Does anybody know the size of the internal memory, and what the maximum size of the sd card would be?

According to what I've read the max size is 4gb sdhc.
14.75 with shipping here

I also have a 670 and according to the stats on the Garmin website, the memory is listed as "Solid State Memory". The disk capacity of my 670, is 3.83GB.
