Just look under Extras/Custom-POIs and see if it is listed.
If you want to verify that it actually works, you can simulate a route past the light.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

Trailboss60 -- We also inserted a "faked" red light at an intersection close to our house (took lat/long from GoogleMap) in the redlight CSV file so we could test all of the functions (icon, voice). We don't have any red light cameras near us, but we are traveling to a location that does so we wanted to make sure everything worked!
Everything tested perfectly using the simulator mode and the "faked" red light described above. The WAV voice came through clearly and at the same volume as normal "Jill" voiced directions. Just our 2 cents for testing after loading the file.
Same Question
I had the same question, although in my case, I have been unable to locate the file. I am going to have to go back and try to reload again. I downloaded the file, extracted it and then loaded it through the POI Loader.
