BMP images not displayed on TomTom ONE XL

I downloaded some .bmp files from this website and move them to USA_and_Canada on my TomTom ONE XL. I changed the name to match the .OV2 file but when I start my GPS all I see is a red square.

Help?

Make sure the file is no larger than 80x80
