Help downloading sound mp3's

I have successfully downloaded CSV files and BMP files from POI Factory. I would like to download MP3 files associated with certain CSV files and from the library. When I follow the link to the sound (MP3) file, it loads and plays but I can't figure out how to download it.
I'm using Windows Vista.

Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

I'm using Windows Vista.
Try right clicking on the file and selecting Save Target As... from the pop-up menu. You should then get a standard Save As dialog permitting you to save the file to wherever you'd like.

I never get to the file. When I click on the link to the MP3, it starts the Media Player and plays the file. There is no Save As control.

OK tried RIGHT click and chose "Save Link As". That seems to be the choice that works as I now have an MP3 file icon on my desktop.

You don't want to save the link -- you want to save the file/target. I doubt that POI Loader can work with a link.
