Looking for the best spot to purchase the Garmin 260. Either on line or in store. Like to get the best price. Can anyone help.

Nuvi 260 and 260W

$216 and $259 for the 260 and 260w at comparemaster.com.
I purchased my 680 from them and they were very good to work with.

Circuit City has a pretty good deal

I purchased my 260 at Circuit City. The price seems to fluxuate there. In the end, I paid about $225 after an online coupon. They are now selling there for $270.

If you have a store nearby, you can do an in-store pickup and save shipping. Though they have a free shipping promotion going on now.

For $15 to $20 more, I would go for 360 which has bluetooth. Tough some people may not use the bluetooth feature much, but think of it as another address book. After pairing/syncing with your phone, it has your phone contacts.

I always check on Amazon before buying somewhere else.

Got my nuvi 680 from buydig.com, they also carry the nuvi 260. So far great place to deal with they ship within a day or less if you order early enough.

Nuvi 680 at Costco in WA

I just bought a Nuvi 680 from Costco in Issaquah, WA for $350+tax. Cheapest reputable place I've seen it. Love it so far. Trying to get the 2009 maps on it, but their site has been down all day with no ET for it to be back up.
