Proximity alert POI

I have a StreetPilot 2820. I would like to load POI including proximity alerts and specific comments. E.g. School, distance 1 mi., "pick-up Miky". I expect that as I enter the 1 mi. zone around the school, my unit will sound an alert and will display my reminder.
I would appreciate if a knowlegeable person can send me an example POI file containing the type of information mentioned above.
