Icons on streetpilot c330

confused I have loaded the poi file and the icon file from this site (file names matched per intructed) I used POI Loader and transfered the poi's to my unit. Custom poi's show in menu but no icons show on my map. Help..... have I done something wrong??

Let us see

What POI file? Can you list the names of the files you loaded? Were the files in the same directory? Please verify that one or more of the files does not have a double extension on it (cameras.csv.csv, for example).

According to your post you named the csv file and the bmp file the same.Just pick out one of the pois you downloaded and zoom in on the map real close and you should see the icon.Try 2d view if you are now set on 3d view.
