Google Earth- great crutch for coordinates

Google Earth is a great crutch if you need one! IF you're looking for a specific place and don't have much information, google earth is a great place to reference. If you're looking for coordinates it will give you that as well.

It's great for Geocaching!

Google Earth is EXTREMELY accurate. I used it as much as practical in my submitted POI's here and for all of my personal POI's. It's uncanny how accurate it is.
My own personal technique for building a POI entry for a residence, for example, is to use GE to point to a spot about 10 feet up and directly in the middle of the driveway. When I arrive, Roxy says to turn either left or right and when I do, she says arriving at destination. Right on the money, never wrong. Coolest thing you can imagine.
