Traffic Subscription Problem

After 20 years I have my first problem with a Garmin GPS. Yesterday we drove to Tampa (175 miles) and the traffic rx worked on the way up, coming home it never picked up a signal. I checked the traffic icon under system, and it said that I did not have a valid subscription. Click on the OK and the screen comes up that says I have a subscription thru Nov 31, 2008. I tried to re-enter the subscription code, but it tells me it has already been used. Garmin support is closed today because of the holiday. I suppose that I could try a reset, but I need to see what all I'm going to have to re-enter if I do that. Custom POI's are no problem, and I guess that I can copy off the garmin.gpx file to the pc and then copy it back afterwards. I don't want to use Mapsource because I will lose phone numbers and address's in my waypoints. Any other ideas?
