school zones

I just made a poi file in cvs. change it to a gpx. file that has the school zone alert on it with the speed @ 40 km/hr. Now I would like to add the voice alert that say school zone ahead slow down. Do I just add it to the end of the file I already made or make a new file with the school zone ahead slow down. thank much lucky
