Does anyone know if TomTom home should work for the PDA version of TomTom? I can't get it to find my device. I am using Activesyc 4, an iPaq 4350 with WM 2003, and TomTom 5.
I can't help, but...
...did you try looking on tomtomforums.com as well?

It Works
Thanks for the tip, I didn't know about that site before. I was looking for the forums at TomTom's website and didn't find them. Anyway, it does work with the pda version if you use a card reader. I thought It would work through activesync, but I have to remove the SD card where TT is installed and put it in the card reader. Then TT Home finds it.

It does need the SD card reader as it does not know AS. It will find the Map folder which is always in the SD card root directory...
In most of the case though you can skip the TT home for PDA since before TT7 there is not much you have to use via TT home for your PDA that you can not do via drag and drop from your PC and there is no TT7 for PDA yet...

Tried updating ActiveSync?
Since TomTom Home can see the install through the SD card reader and not the iPaq, it seems that the problem is with ActiveSync. Have you tried using the latest version (4.5.0)?
Even a re-install has solved a couple of problems for me in the past.
Hope this helps,
