Updating Street Names

I'm about to move from Snowy Chicago-land to the Memphis Area, and while looking for a house, I notice some improperly named streets in my new subdivision. How do you inform Garmin about discrepancies? I looked on Google maps, and they have the same incorrect names listed. How often are things like this updated?

You can report to Garmin, but from what I understand, they get their updates from the above site. I'm not sure how often they update.

Updating Street Names
I have noticed several out of date street names and street locations. I guess that is just part of the process.
Updating Map Details
I have been using GPS units for over eight years and have found that some of the map errors take a couple of years to get corrected.
There are only a few companies that manage the master databases and I never found a reason for the delays in fixing errors.
