Map Update question

I talked with a CSR at Garmin the other day and they said they would send me the Mapsource CD. I just got a CD today that says "Map Update 2008" City Navigator North America NT. Is this Mapsource?

Also, I have a 760 that has City Navigator North America NT 2008. Is this actually an update, Mapsource, or what? I am new to all this stuff, but am learning quickly.

Yes, Mapsource is on there

Follow Redbarber's instructions in http://www.poi-factory.com/node/5787. At first, it sounds complicated, but it is really simple.

Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.
