I saw this mentioned here and ordered a copy- actually I screwed up the order and the author kindly helped me out.
Cleaned up some files I was working on nicely.
ALL to say neat program.
yes it is a great program
That program saved me many hours of trouble shooting and error correcting.. many thanks to RT! We been around for a while now and he does a great job here and I would recomind to anyone that writes poi files to order there copy .. saves a lot of time!!!

I won't load a file
I won't load a new or updated file without running it through POI Verifier.
When I was working on one file with over 1700 entries which had 95% new coordinates and text changes I would run Verifier after 2-3 hours work. I would venture to say it saved me 10-20 hours of effort in finding my typing errors and structure problems.
I also use it to segregate individual state info before taking a trip .
