I've noticed that when using the picture viewer, it's incredibly slow to load thumbnails, and then when you select a picture, it takes a while to load, and then disappears back to thumbnail mode within 3 seconds.
Any known issues with the picture viewer or am I screwing something up here that I don't realize?

Picture Size
Resize your pictures before loading them to the card...a 3 or 4 meg picture will take up all the memory of the Nuvi to load..You can resize to 480x600 and it will load much faster and still fill the screen.

480 x 272 pixels is the best resolution for your unit. Try it out bud.
