Mt. Whitney area Lone Pine, CA

There are lots of things between Lone Pine, and Mono Lake to the north, to see from Volcanoes (you actually drive through one), Devil's Post Pile, an Obsidian Dome, June Lake Loop, and several places around Mono Lake. If you are riding a motorcycle, you will like both the Mt. Whitney Portal Road, and the Horshoe Meadows Road. There is a Film Location on Mt.
