No Voice turn by turn

My Nuvi 250W lost the voice turn by turn. Any sugestions on how to get it back ? The one thing i did do was eliminate all the text except american english. After I did that i lost the voice turn by turn. Desperate please help. I hope I didnt f It up. Tried to restore to the default settings but that didnt work. Anyway if anyone can help please let me know. Thanks. Gary 250W

Did you backup the files you deleted? If not try webupdater to see if you can download them to get them back

Yes I did back up the files but I'M not sure if i reinstalled the files properly. Any help on that would help also. I will however go to the web updater and try that first. thanks. gary Nuvi 250W

Voice Gone
You probably deleted the wrong American English file. Before you delete make sure which file you are using. Then delete the others. (You only need the one the unit is set to.)
