I have noticed that when I go to the sat. location screen on my 660 the elevation is changing even when standing still. Is this normal?

I have noticed that when I go to the sat. location screen on my 660 the elevation is changing even when standing still. Is this normal?

Elevation
It shows how many satellites are being accessed, so the accuracy fluctuates. (The more satellites the more accurate.)
