I don't have a 650
But in my 260 I deleted all the sample JPG, in the Text, Voice and Help folders all the languages except the ones I use.

agreed
plus, you can free up a lot of space by deleting .bmp files from Customs POI
Back up first
I backed the entire Unit to my PC first in a file I called 650 dump then I went in and got rid of the voices and languages I knew I didnt ever need, and the sample pictures...that way I could add more vehicles ..

I have a 680 so they are pretty much the same. I deleted (backed up to my PC) all the vehicles I don't use, all the languages I don't use along with their help files, and the manuals. I now have approx. 200,000 POI's loaded into my GPS.

Vehicles....
Getting rid of the vehicles you don't use is one of the best... each vehicle is about 1.1 to 1.3 megs. That's a lot of room for POI's, etc for each vehicle you delete.
