Redflex camera vendor under FEDERAL charges

As I mentioned before, the camera vendor handles the citations from beginning to end; regardless of what you may think.
Redflex is the most dominant of the camera vendors. It appears that they have been sending out the citation mailings with something on the envelope that it...well...ILLEGAL. According to this article, they have "OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS" on the envelope. Well...they are not the government, and they just happen to send a citation to someone that knows better. So she files a federal complaint against Redflex and they are now under investigation by the US Postal inspector for mail fraud. Ooopsie! 
Oh...and did I mention that this citation mail came from the Redflex HQ? You'd think that their lawyers would have known better.

They just don't learn...
It keeps getting better...or deeper for Redflex. It appears that they are now under investigation for falsifying documents.

The Firm...
Did you see Cruise's movie "The Firm" where he was a new lawyer for this firm with shady dealings. And he took them down by mail fraud because they overcharged their clients and sent them fraudulent billing through the mail.
It is very apparent, for those who want to see it, that this is a huge racket. They are doing whatever it takes to manipulate you into giving them your money. And the city officials are right in the middle of it as well.
