Converting Texas Parks

I have figured out how to convert some csv files but I have a problem converting Texas Parks. I think it has to do with the format of the file. When I open with Excell All looks good except For column D. Column D has 4 subcategories. Could someone take a look at it and give me a idea what to do please. Thanks in advance.

Texas parks

You can just ignore column D, it contains the county where the park is located, elevation, not sure about map:---. 1st 3 columns provides the necessary info to get you to the parks. You can also send an email to the poi creator and inquire about column D.

This file has standard linebreaks in field 4, which is approved Garmin Custom POI format. Some converters don't like linebreaks, which is the reason I added an option to POI Verifier ( http://poiverifier.com ) to remove all linebreaks. I don't know what format you're converting to, but POI Verifier also has an option to swap the longitude and latitude coordinates ... might make it easier for you.

This is Garmin multi-line format (unique to Garmin, I think). Anyhow, anything past lon, lat, name & alt is useless once it gets into the unit so just don't import that field (Col D) in the POI editor and you will be just fine.

By "don't import", I mean don't designate Col D as anything with the little pull-down selector at the top of the column and it will just be left out.
