nRoute Problem

 

I am in need of some assistance. I recently purchased a C330. According to nRoute, the connection between the software and the GPS keeps getting broken. Any ideas on what may be going on.
By the way, I hope to call Garmin back to see if I can get the map update. I got the free v8 Map Source DVD.

What exactly are you trying to do with nRoute? I'm thinking that it doesn't work with that unit because it doesn't present itself to the computer as a GPS unit.
