Is C330 a USB Mass Storage Device?

I know for the nuvi line that when you connect it to Windows, it'll show up as a USB storage device and you can modify the files within the internal memory of the nuvi.

however, for my c330, when i connect it to windows vista, no usb storage device is detected but Garmin MapSource is still able to send & receive data from the GPSr. am i doing something wrong or does the c330 not support USB mass storage mode?

.

Nope, you aren't doing anything wrong. The 330 doesn't show up as a USB Mass Storage Device.

Hello MM,
Just wondering what happened to your sig pic? How about a real pic of you instead? I sure do wonder what a smart person like you looks like smile

Happy New Year!
