Nuvi 6xx Series Battery Replacement

I noticed on E-bay, a seller in the U.K. is offering battery replacements for the Nuvie 6xx series. The cost is about $20 bucks.
Only hook.....no instructions.

Not that hard to replace, but you would need to remove the old and solder the new one in.

You can purchase them also

You can purchase them also at

I don't know about any instructions.

Battery

What has been the experience with battery life? I just got a 650 for Xmas.

Is it better to keep in plugged in, or let it run down? I guess this is the same answer for phones.

How to open the case?

Soldering is no problem but how to open the case is the question. Is there an instruction somewhere?

Hmmm

I would guess it should pry apart, but seeing how my nuvi is only 3 months old, I don't want to try and void the warranty.
