strange result . i can log onto my garmin with username an password but when i click on contact support and you have to resign in ,it doesnt recognize me using same login id and password.they sent me a copy of city navigator north america nt but i have the nt 2008 .(latest one?) on my nuvi 650

The same thing happens to me when I try to contact tech support form the website.

Happened before
That happened to me about a month ago. I let Tech Support know (by sending an email to support@garmin.com) and they got back to me saying there was a problem. Hasn't happened to me since, but I haven't had to get into in a while.
